We are looking for team members that want to work in a professional environment and build a career in Landscape Maintenance and Construction.
A landscape technician performs services such as Landscape Construction, lawn maintenance service, clean-ups, mulching, plant installation and paver installation. Our Landscape technicians work with a crew leader in a crew of up to 3 people.
At Niagara, everyone is challenged to be the best they can be! All team members will be trained to perform quality work and will be certified with the National Association of Landscape Professionals. We offer classes and tuition reimbursement for approved landscape and horticulture classes.
After 1 year of service and upon completion of their NALP certification, all landscape technicians are eligible to apply for crew lead and foreman positions. We are expanding rapidly and leadership positions will be opening up for the best candidates.
When hiring, we look for team members who can display the following:
- Desire to learn and work in a team environment
- Can pass a drug test
- Capable of lifting more than 50 LBS
- Can work in extreme weather conditions (0-95 degrees)
- Ability to work 40+ hours a week
